RIFT is a new role-playing video game set to do battle with World of Warcraft in 2011. One of the features that makes the game unique is that a world-transforming “rift” can appear anywhere, at any time. So as players roam through the world using the standard keyboard commands for such a game (<strong>W</strong>=Forward, <strong>A</strong>=Left, <strong>S</strong>=Backward, <strong>D</strong>=Right), they never know when an other-worldy rift will spawn.
